Entry. I participated last time but enjoyed the chance to try this again. I feel I've certainly changed a lot in 3 years since becoming a professional and all that.

I'll most likely have a compilation of Failed Test runs of this design. There was much frustration trying to get the right "head shape" that suited my hairstyle. And I've just been in love with a tri-hoofed foot design after reading a creature design book. Hooves are really the only thing I've preserved from my previous design.

Notes
The crest and back feathers react to changes in body temperature and blood flow. They tend to stick up when I'm afraid or aggressive. The Crest is normally in a relaxed state that may perk up when excited. I have more control on what my "wings" do but they will instinctively spread when startled. This is a defense mechanism to make me appear bigger than I actually am.

Color Changing: My leathery skin is capable of changing colors based on tactile stimulation from either my claw pads or my tail. Color change is done for a variety of reasons. Primarily it is a vanity thing, but it also functions as a social coping device. I tend to use specific colors and behave a certain way within various groups of friends. It is also useful for getting lost into a crowd. However, I change my color so often that I've practically forgotten what my true color is.
