This will be my submission to MAX this round. I had a great time planning out a pose. I threw a parrot in there for kicks as well. It turned out to be a decent bird I say. I'm really glad how everything turned out. I would have liked to get his feet in there to show he was standing on the mast. (Kinda like Jack Sparrow) but I couldn't make the feet right. Stupid boots. And stupid angel. It was a challenge. But Zue makes such wonderful artwork and has such wonderful characters, I put some extra effort into this one. Daryl is my fave character cuz he's got long red hair and childish blue eyes. And he's a pirate child to boot. Mmm...booty. LOL!
